
Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for real estate properties.
- Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Negotiate and close agreements with clients for residential and commercial properties.
- Manage and oversee client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and new developments.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Attend sales training and educational programs for professional development.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.
- minimum 5 years of experience in real estate firm.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical skills to assess performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
