**Job Overview**
This is an exciting opportunity for a fresher looking to start a promising career in IT Bidding. The position is based in Surat and involves engaging full-time as well as internship work activities. This role is ideal for individuals who are zero-experienced yet passionate about evolving their skills in the tech and business development landscape.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Must possess strong proposal writing skills (Mandatory skill) as the primary responsibility involves crafting compelling bids and proposals aligned with client needs.
- Exceptional negotiation skills are required (Mandatory skill) to effectively engage with potential clients, ensuring favorable outcomes and business growth.
- Proficiency in English (Mandatory skill) is essential for communicating with clients and team members efficiently and accurately.
- Experience or understanding of cost estimation is necessary to provide accurate and competitive pricing to potential clients.
- Familiarity with project management tools is required to track project progress and manage timelines effectively, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Understanding CRM software is important to maintain client relationships and streamline communications, keeping track of interactions and follow-ups.
- Market research skills are needed to identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, and align proposals with client demands.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, ensuring that bids and proposals are submitted on time and to a high standard.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through strategic bidding and client engagement.
- Develop detailed and competitive proposals that clearly outline services and solutions to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, aiming for mutually beneficial agreements and successful contract acquisitions.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as designers, developers, and marketers to tailor proposals to client-specific needs and expectations.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget, meeting client specifications.
- Participate in meetings and strategy sessions to provide input on business development strategies and improve bidding processes.
