Position Title
- Sales Coordinator
Location: Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Overview:
Act as the primary point of contact between the sales team, clients, and internal departments.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical submittals based on client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and follow-up of sales contracts and agreements.
Handle inquiries, provide product information, and address client concerns promptly.
Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics and production departments.
Support the sales team in tracking leads, opportunities, and closing orders.
Compile and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for timely order fulfillment.
Schedule meetings with clients and internal teams.
Organize and manage travel bookings and travel plans for the sales team.
Maintain proper project-wise documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Assist in organizing trade shows, seminars, and client presentations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, including admixtures, waterproofing, grouts, sealants, and repair products.
Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Basic knowledge of construction industry practices and construction chemical products preferred.
Ability to manage travel plans, meeting schedules, and project documentation efficiently.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently under pressure.
Team player with a proactive approach.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
