Looking for 5-8 yrs experience into sales coordination.
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, contracts, and proposals. Ensure timely submission and follow-up on sales leads.
- Process customer orders, track shipments, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries, address complaints, and provide updates on order status or product information.
- Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM systems, and generate reports for sales analysis.
- Act as a liaison between the sales, marketing, and logistics teams to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.
- Assist in gathering market intelligence, competitor analysis, and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Must be good in MS Office & functions

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of the FMCG or retail sector is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
