**Job Description: Sales Coordinator**

**Position Title**: Sales Coordinator

**Objectives of this Role**
- Collaborate with senior managers in the production department for setting performance goals and long-term operational plans.
- Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.
- Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity.
- Support the production team in the development of financial and budgetary plans.
- Analyse current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement where necessary.

**Responsibilities**

**Sales Coordination**
- Serve as the central liaison between the Sales, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Process customer orders, prepare quotations, and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Monitor and track order statuses, ensuring efficient production and timely deliveries.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, delivery, and billing.
- Collaborate with department heads and vendors to align sales and production schedules with customer requirements.

**Operational Support**
- Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day systems and processes to ensure transparency and track progress against key objectives.
- Plan, monitor, and analyse key metrics for sales and operational processes to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Devise strategies for improving processes and minimizing costs while maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

**Interdepartmental Collaboration**
- Work closely with the production team to manage order priorities and production timelines.
- Partner with the logistics team to coordinate shipping and delivery schedules, ensuring timely dispatches.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team to support a positive, inclusive, and results-oriented team environment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 8+ years in a senior leadership role in sales coordination, operations, or related fields.
- **Skills**:

- Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions, including sales, finance, production, and customer service.
- Proven ability to plan and manage processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legal guidelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
