**About the role**

At ApyHub, we have a simple purpose: to be the place that software developers go to when they look for efficiency & simplicity. Your role will be to drive user growth by analyzing and identifying growth opportunities to increase brand awareness and lead generation. You will work directly with your leadership and marketing team to help create and carry out, from beginning to end, growth hacks that will boost growth & retention of a strong developer user base and, at the same time, gain and maintain exposure of the ApyHub brand. More specifically, the growth hacker will:

- Create and implement online and offline efforts that drive visitors to digital channels, such as gamification, digital marketing, brand alliances, and on-the-ground activation
- Conduct growth hacking for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
- Identify, create, and optimize revenue-generating growth channels
- Test and optimize customer acquisition techniques (such as affiliate marketing, direct mail, out-of-home, and internet advertising) as well as conversion rate optimization
- Evaluate user behavior, assess drivers, and evaluate scalable opportunities to grow our users
- Analyze marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, and so on) to assist in the development of future marketing strategies
- Propose new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads, as well as experimenting with new methods to capture current demand
- Provide expertise and feedback to improve the efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising etc.)
- Develop and implement strategies to reach developers and organizations through various channels
- Work together with other teams to discuss ideas, receive input, and report results
- Keep up with the latest trends and developments in UI/UX and digital marketing
- You have a bachelor's degree in growth hacking, digital marketing, strategy, business management, or similar
- You have a minimum of +3 years' experience in a Growth Hacker, Growth Analyst, or any other similar role in the startup scene
- You have a portfolio of successful growth implementations and interventions
- You have expertise in marketing, online strategies, user experience, and business development
- You have strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics, and sales metrics
- You are skilled at web optimization, sales generation, conversion analysis, and creating sales funnels
- You have knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms
- You have a good understanding of web and social media analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Plausible etc
- You are curious, creative, innovative, and confident in your abilities to drive change
