We're seeking a creative and data-driven Growth Hacker / Digital Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll work closely with our marketing and product teams to develop and implement innovative growth strategies for our AI-powered products and services, while also contributing to our overall marketing efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute growth experiments across various digital channels
- Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to optimize user onboarding and retention
- Assist in the development of AI-focused marketing materials and case studies
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth initiatives
- Contribute to branding initiatives and help maintain brand consistency across all channels
- Assist in developing and refining core marketing goals, including:

- Brand positioning and messaging strategies
- Customer activation and engagement plans
- Tone of voice and brand personality guidelines
- Visual identity and "look and feel" concepts
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform marketing strategies
- Participate in the creation and optimization of marketing funnels
- Support the team in organizing and analyzing customer feedback to improve marketing efforts
- Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies for content marketing
- Collaborate on marketing automation projects to improve efficiency and personalization
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI, LLMs, digital marketing, and growth hacking techniques

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong interest in AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies
- Familiarity with growth hacking techniques and methodologies
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools is a plus
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is beneficial
