**Requirements**:
- **Comprehensive Recruitment Management**: You have a minimum of 4 years’ full-cycle recruitment experience, with a focus on hiring for data roles (Data Engineers, Data Analyst, Data Scientist).
- **Talent Strategy**: Develop recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals to attract high-quality talent promptly.
- **Collaboration**: Work with Aryng's team to grasp job needs and team dynamics for optimal talent fit.
- **Remote Employment**: You can confidently hire Remotely and have knowledge of Google Suite (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail), Zoom, Slack, and Workable (or similar).
- **Recruitment Analytics**: Monitor recruitment metrics like time-to-hire to improve hiring efficiency.
- **Employer Branding**: Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen the employer brand via recruitment initiatives.
**Required Qualification**:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field. Masters preferred.
- Experience working in a **remote startup** environment
- Experience with a consulting setting is preferred
- 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in data-related hiring.

- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
- You are PASSIONATE about the ART of recruitment and have your own unique style that you bring to the Team
- Ability to convey a positive and professional image to applicants and employees
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results while working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
- Strong technology skills with a willingness to conquer new systems and software
