Overview:
**Job Title: People Operations Coordinator**

**Location**: Hyderabad, Telangana

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in implementing and maintaining HR systems, including HRIS and payroll.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming introduction to the company.
- Manage HR records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and company standards.
- Support employee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and communications.
- Participate in the planning and executing local events and initiatives aimed at employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with the HR team to review and improve HR processes and strategies.
- Provide administrative support for the HR department, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Two or more years of experience in human resources or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with HR software and comfortable learning new technologies.
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
