**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated **Sales Executive** to join our team at **Ilara Hotels & Spa - OMR**. The role involves driving sales, building strong corporate relationships, and acquiring clients from the **OMR and surrounding regions**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Corporate Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and approach potential corporate clients, travel agencies, and businesses in and around the OMR region.
- Secure corporate deals, group bookings, and events to maximize revenue.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, ensuring repeat business.
- Act as the main point of contact for corporate queries and contracts.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new business growth within the OMR region.
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to stay ahead.
- **Sales Targets & Reporting**:

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, performance updates, and client feedback to management.
- **Promotions & Client Engagement**:

- Promote special offers, packages, and events to attract new clients.
- Plan and execute client engagement initiatives to enhance visibility and brand recognition.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and close corporate deals.
- Knowledge of the OMR region and corporate network is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Attributes**: Proactive, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and team player.
