**Job Overview**

We are looking for an experienced **HR Business Partner (HRBP)** to drive people initiatives, ensure smooth HR operations, and build a high-performing culture at Salad Days. **Key Responsibilities**

- **Onboarding & Documentation**: Ensure seamless onboarding, verification of documents, and completion of joining formalities.
- **Compliance & Benefits**: Manage employee enrollments in PF, ESIC, and other statutory benefits while ensuring adherence to labor laws.
- **Employee Relations & Grievance Handling**: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, ensuring fair and timely resolution of concerns.
- **Attendance & Payroll Coordination**: Oversee attendance regularization, leave management, and coordination with payroll teams for accurate processing.
- **Employee Engagement**: Design and implement engagement initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee experience.
- **Performance & Development Support**: Partner with managers to drive performance discussions, identify training needs, and support growth plans.
- **Exits & Offboarding**: Conduct exit processes and feedback sessions to identify trends and improve retention.
- **HR Operations**: Support audits, maintain HR records, and streamline processes for greater efficiency and compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **6 years of experience** in HR operations, employee engagement, or HR business partnering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll processes, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, people-first mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the **Food & Beverage** or service industry preferred.
