Are you an energetic and motivated individual with a knack for sales and a passion for fabric? Shri kuber traders, a leading [fabric industry/fashion/têxtile company], is looking for a dynamic Telecaller Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base through effective telemarketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Sales Calls**: Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to potential and existing customers, introducing our fabric products and services.
- **Product Knowledge**: Utilize your expertise in fabric to effectively communicate product benefits, answer queries, and provide recommendations tailored to customer needs.
- **Sales Conversion**: Engage prospects, identify their needs, and persuade them to make purchases or schedule appointments with our sales team.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify new leads through research and networking, and follow up on leads provided by the marketing team.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions using our CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance and call metrics.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share feedback, and improve sales processes.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, with a strong understanding of fabric and têxtile products.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner and the ability to articulate product information clearly.
- **Sales Skills**: Demonstrated ability to close sales, handle objections, and achieve sales targets.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and handle a high volume of calls.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
