## Job Title: Telecaller

### Job Description:
The telecaller will be responsible for initiating telephonic contact with existing and potential clients to generate sales for various types of loans. The role involves providing information about loan products, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.

### Key Responsibilities:
1. **Handling Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to market loan products.
- Answer incoming calls from customers, providing information and assistance regarding loan options.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

2. **Sales and Marketing**:

- Promote loan products to potential customers.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively communicating the benefits and features of the loan products.
- Upsell and cross-sell other financial products when appropriate.

3. **Customer Service**:

- Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure long-term business opportunities.
- Document customer feedback and provide suggestions for service improvements.

4. **Record Keeping**:

- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Record details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

5. **Follow-up**:

- Conduct follow-up calls to potential clients to convert leads into sales.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer interactions to maintain customer satisfaction.

### Qualifications:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in telecalling or a similar role is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and time management Skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
