We are a leading logistics company offering comprehensive solutions in transportation, warehousing, and supply chain management. Our goal is to provide top-notch services to clients across various industries. We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Telecalling Sales Executive to drive sales and grow our customer base.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify and generate new business leads through telecalling, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Cold Calling**: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company’s services, qualify leads, and convert inquiries into sales.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM systems.
- **Reporting**: Provide daily and weekly reports on call activity, sales performance, and market feedback to the sales manager.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of services for new clients.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in telecalling or telesales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- **Sales Orientation**: Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals and meet targets.
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to address client concerns and offer tailored solutions effectively.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
