**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Sales/Telecaller** to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, handling customer queries, and converting leads into successful sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain product/service features and benefits clearly and convincingly.
- Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Maintain customer records in CRM/database.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales and call targets.
- Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English/regional language).
- Good telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Self-motivated, confident, and persuasive personality.
- Prior experience in telecalling/sales/customer service will be an advantage.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
