Customer Service Executive (Frontend and Backend process)

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a customer-oriented service executive. In this role you will be responsible to help with the frontend and backend processes of the B2C Business unit

Use call center technology. Prior experience on Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus

Generate Sales leads and meet targets

Identify and assess customer needs, build relationships with trust, and provide accurate information

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution

Assisting and supporting the Manager with the operations of the Business unit

Analytics support (excel spreadsheet)

Key skills to be successful in the role

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

**Qualifications**:
Graduate

2-4 years of experience

Technologies

MS Office, MS Excel, SalesForce/other CRM products

Pay: ₹10,091.81 - ₹29,760.41 per month
