Job Opportunity: Customer Service Executive

**Location**: MG Road, Bengaluru

**Salary**: ₹40,000 Take Home per month

Key Responsibilities:

- **Issue Resolution**: Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently, providing accurate information and effective solutions.
- **Retention Focus**: Proactively engage with customers to enhance satisfaction and drive customer retention, identifying opportunities to prevent churn.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively assist customers.
- **Documentation**: Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- **Feedback Loop**: Provide valuable customer feedback to internal teams to help improve products, services, and processes.
- **Adherence to KPIs**: Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

What We're Looking For:

- **Qualification**:MBA, MCA, MA, or MTech is mandatory.**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of **6 months of experience in International Customer Service or EdTech Customer Service**, with a strong focus on **customer retention**.
- **Language Skills**:Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.**:

- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and professional demeanor.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- **Customer Focus**: A genuine passion for helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
- **Tech Proficiency**: Comfortable with CRM software and other customer service tools.
