**Experience**:
Min 4-5 years in construction and infrastructure sector
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor/Masters degree in business administration or a related field
**Responsibilities and Duties**
**Responsibilities**:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Making channel partner and promoters.
- To promote business through channel partners and promoters
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer, promoters, vendors relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new competition status
- Research prospective projects in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
