We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Field Executive to join our prestigious insurance company. As an Insurance Field Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding and maintaining our client base by delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients in the field. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the insurance industry and have excellent interpersonal skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize business growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high client satisfaction and retention
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to effectively position our products and services in the market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative insurance solutions that meet client requirements
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key stakeholders, highlighting the unique value proposition of our insurance offerings

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
- High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
