**Profile Introduction**:
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and ultimately driving sales within your designated territory. You will be the face of our company to potential clients, requiring excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively showcase our products/services and close deals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and industries for business development.
- Generating leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Conducting sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiating contracts and terms of agreements to meet both client and company needs.
- Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing and product development to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meeting sales targets and objectives within the designated territory.
- Providing regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of the industry and products/services being offered is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
