## *Job Overview*
## *Key Responsibilities*
- Visit assigned schools, colleges, and coaching centers regularly to promote institutional offerings.
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers such as principals, coordinators, and career counselors.
- Schedule and coordinate career guidance seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
- Represent the institution professionally during field visits and outreach activities.
- Collect and maintain data of visited institutions and potential leads.
- Follow up with institutions for event confirmations and student participation.
- Support execution of on-ground events and admission activities.
- Provide daily/weekly reports on visits, appointments, and lead generation progress.
- Achieve monthly targets related to outreach and lead generation.
## *Skills & Qualifications*
- Graduate in Marketing, Management, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident personality with the ability to present and persuade.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with good time management skills.
- Freshers with the right attitude can also apply.
