Job Title: Production Supervisor (ITI Fitter & Electrician)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate production activities, including assembly, machining, and testing, to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Train, mentor, and motivate production team members, including ITI Fitters and Electricians, to ensure efficient operation and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Monitor production processes and equipment to identify and resolve issues, minimize downtime, and optimize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and standards, conducting inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
- Maintain inventory levels of materials and supplies required for production, ordering replenishments as necessary.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations to create a safe working environment for all employees, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, addressing any disciplinary issues or performance concerns among production staff.
- Prepare production reports and performance metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in manufacturing processes to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
- ITI certification in Fitter and Electrician trades is required.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to identify and resolve production issues.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
