The Operations Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and streamline day-to-day production, project delivery, and people management for our model-making unit.

  • Drive quality control, costing, material planning, and on-time execution for architectural, industrial, and creative miniatures.

  • Train, mentor, and develop technical and production teams for multi-project scaling.

  • Coordinate with clients, architects, design teams, and vendors for seamless communication and resolve project challenges.

  • Implement process improvements, optimize shop floor efficiency, and ensure safety protocols.

  • Oversee procurement, logistics, machine maintenance, and basic shop floor finance/budgeting.

  • Regular reporting to company leadership and participation in strategic growth initiatives.

Eligibility & Expected Profile

  • Bachelor's degree (BE/BTech/Architecture/Industrial Design preferred); MBA/PGDM in Operations/Production Management is an added advantage.

  • Prior hands-on leadership in a model making, creative manufacturing, exhibit fabrication, or architectural prototyping setup.

  • Proven ability to manage 20–40 member teams and complex, deadline-driven production cycles.

  • Proficient with modern project management, shop floor software, and reporting tools.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and team building abilities.

  • Quick learning attitude with a drive for process automation and innovation.

  • Knowledge of model making materials, 3D printing, CNC, laser cutting, and digital fabrication methods desirable.
