**Job Title**: Customer Follow-up Executive (Jewellery Showroom)

**Location**: NSC Bose Road, Sowcarpet, Chennai

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement & Follow-Up**: Contact customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction with their products and services.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address any customer concerns, queries, or complaints promptly, ensuring they are handled professionally and effectively.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on pending orders, special requests, and new product arrivals. Keep customers informed about the status of their orders, repairs, or customization work, providing updates when necessary. Gather feedback from customers regarding their showroom experience and the quality of jewellery purchased to help improve service. Maintain an organized and updated database of customer interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication. Promote loyalty programs, upcoming events, or new collections, offering customers additional incentives to return to the showroom. Develop personalized relationships with high-value clients, offering tailored product recommendations based on their preferences and previous purchases. Ensure customers are invited to exclusive showroom events, sales, and promotions. Provide regular reports to management on customer follow-up activities, feedback received, and areas of improvement.

Experience in a customer service role, ideally within the jewellery or luxury retail industry.

Computer Skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years in customer service, follow-up, or a related role in a wholesale jewellery environment.
