**2) Knowledge of ITIL Processes**

**3) Experience in Production Application Support on Microsoft technology stack**

4) Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly provide solutions to issues encountered in

5) Production and Pre-Production environments.

**6) Basic knowledge of MSSQL (2k8 or higher)**

**8) Working knowledge on IIS or Weblogic (any one or all of them) on windows platform.**

9) Application / Product Monitoring (Basics)

10) Basic Knowledge on common monitoring tool

11) Basic knowledge of virtualization, storage, AD & Networking Concepts.

**12) Good to have knowledge of PowerShell scripting.**

13) Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹168,728.22 - ₹985,575.01 per year
