Understand student profiles and provide overseas education options.
- Education counseling to students and their families and assisting them in choosing the right course/ College.
- Must be able to provide adequate information and offer solutions where necessary.
- Drafting SOP & Cover letter for a student visa.
- Follow up on leads whilst providing ongoing guidance and advice.
- Prior experience in Immigration services, Visa processing, and overseas Education.
- Strong inter-personnel skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.
- Must be a team player.
- Must be able to handle clients over the phone and in-person.
- Experience in updating leads to CRM or Excel.
- The ability to multi-task in a demanding environment.
- Excellent written & communication & good Knowledge of the industry.
- Good Relation Building skills with Client

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad - 500034, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
