**Job Description/Duties: Education Counsellor**

As an Education Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in guiding students through the entire process, from planning and forecasting market demand to successfully recruiting students.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Providing first-line contact with parents, prospective students, and business associates
- Counseling students, helping with bank loan processes, and maintaining rapport with prospective students
- Conducting online, telephonic, and virtual counseling sessions with students interested in studying abroad
- Keeping updated with research and development of various courses
- Streamlining company processes and ensuring proper implementation
- Promoting universities through seminars, presentations, and campaigns
- Conducting and participating in exhibitions and college presentations
- Planning, forecasting, and analyzing market demand and student trends
- Executing and monitoring successful student recruitment, meeting set targets
- Additional duties as and when required as per the role

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in the education industry preferred
- 1-4 years of experience in counseling students on admissions to various universities
- Understanding of various courses and career options across disciplines
- Experience guiding students on the best course options based on profiles and career interests
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
