**Co-Ordinator (Operation Back Office)**

**Job Purpose**:
We at Marwadi Financial Services are looking for a Co-Ordinator at our Operation Back Office Department.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
- Experience: 01 Year
- Location: Rajkot

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordination with different department
- Creating Standard operating procedure
- Understanding the circulars and mandatory implementation progress
- Creating reports of MIS as per management requirements
- Arranging meetings
- Preparing and calculating Minutes of the meeting for the Stakeholder
- Creating PPT for presentation purpose
- Maintaining the records

**Skills**:

- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word software.
- Presentable skill
- Knowledge of Indian stock market and fintech
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Should be Accurate and responsible
- Negotiation skills

**Personality**:

- Confident body language
- Careful and diligent even meticulous with a good dose of common sense
- Efficient, effective and organized in both the physical and digital words
- Modestly confident, personable and trustworthy
- Informal but 100% professional while respecting traditional courtesy and good manners.
- Presentable and professional approach

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
