The Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various operational activities within the company, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency in day-to-day operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and manage daily operational activities, including but not limited to booking arrangements, client inquiries, and scheduling.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication across the organization.
- Oversee inventory management and procurement processes to maintain adequate stock levels of essential supplies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and professional responses, addressing any concerns or issues as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate the booking process and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Assist in training and mentoring new staff members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar operational role, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing issues.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Knowledge of foreign exchange services and travel booking systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
