**Job Summary**:We are looking for a **Business Operations Intern** to support our **day-to-day business activities, process optimization, and coordination across departments**. This internship offers hands-on experience in **business operations, project management, and strategic execution** within the **fast-growing EdTech industry**. High-performing interns may be promoted to a **full-time role before completing 12 months**.

**Stipend & Growth Opportunities**:

- **First 12 months**: ₹6,000 per month stipend.
- **Full-time salary after 12 months**: ₹1.8 - ₹2.4 LPA (based on performance).
- **Early promotion opportunity**: Exceptional interns may be converted to full-time before completing 12 months.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Business Operations & Process Optimization**
- Assist in managing day-to-day business operations and process improvements.
- Support cross-functional teams in executing key projects.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to optimize workflows.
- Prepare business reports, presentations, and operational documents.

**2. Coordination & Communication**
- Act as a bridge between different departments (sales, marketing, customer support).
- Assist in scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain clear documentation and reporting for internal teams.

**3. Data Management & Analysis**
- Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to improve business efficiency.
- Help track KPIs and generate insights for strategic decision-making.
- Assist in CRM management and process automation.

**4. Customer & Vendor Support**
- Assist in handling customer queries and ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners for operational needs.
- Help maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- **Pursuing or completed** a Bachelor’s degree.
- **Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.**:

- Basic knowledge of **business processes, project management.**:

- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools** is a plus.
