About Us:

Ethnic Dreams is a Surat-based wholesale fabric manufacturer catering to garment manufacturers, traders, fabric stores, boutiques, and tailoring shops across India. With over 5000 fabric designs and a strong focus on trend-driven textiles, we’re expanding our presence in the B2B space and looking for a proactive Operations Intern to join our team.

Role Overview:

As an Operations Intern, you’ll assist in the day-to-day activities that keep our business running smoothly — focusing on lead generation, outreach, and basic marketing support. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in B2B operations, client communication, and textile business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in identifying and generating B2B leads through online research, directories, and social media.
  • Support outreach campaigns via WhatsApp, email, and Instagram to connect with potential buyers and partners.
  • Maintain and update CRM / lead tracking sheets regularly.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for follow-ups and responses.
  • Use Canva to create simple catalogs, product posts, or presentation decks.
  • Help streamline daily operational tasks and communication between departments.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales, textiles, or manufacturing is a plus.
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Canva, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how a growing textile business operates.
