Job Description: Marketing Executive at FutureLink Consultants
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the management team to formulate effective marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to refine marketing plans.
4. Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential clients. Nurture leads through effective communication and follow-up strategies. Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into clients.
5. Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for FutureLink Consultants. Ensure brand consistency in all marketing communications and materials. Position the company as a leading provider of immigration and visa consultancy services and English proficiency test coaching.
6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Conduct regular analysis of marketing initiatives and campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports for management. Make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
7. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as clients, partner institutions, and industry influencers. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, customer service, and content development, to ensure alignment in marketing efforts.
8. Plan and execute marketing events, both online and offline, such as webinars, workshops, trade shows, and seminars. Coordinate logistics, promotional activities, and participant engagement to maximize event success.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in the immigration consultancy or education sector.
- Familiarity with market research and analysis tools to identify target audiences and industry trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and deliver effective presentations.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of immigration processes, visa requirements, and English proficiency tests (such as IELTS, TOEFL) is a plus.
- Understanding of the education industry and international student recruitment is beneficial.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
