**Sales Target Achievement**: The primary responsibility of a Sales Executive is to meet and exceed sales targets set by the company. This involves actively prospecting and acquiring new clients while also nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing excellent customer service, and addressing any concerns. A Sales Executive should be adept at client communication and ensuring customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
- **Market Research and Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, understand industry trends, and stay informed about competitor activities. Utilize this information to develop effective sales strategies, positioning the company's products or services competitively in the market.
- **Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients. Effectively communicate the value proposition of the products or services, highlighting key features and benefits that meet the client's requirements.
- **Sales Reporting and Forecasting**: Keep accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals. Provide regular and timely sales reports to management, detailing performance against targets, market trends, and any challenges faced. Additionally, contribute to sales forecasting to assist in strategic planning.
- **Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with these teams to gather insights, address customer feedback, and align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
- **Continuous Professional Development**: Stay updated on industry best practices, market trends, and product knowledge. Attend relevant training sessions, workshops, and conferences to enhance sales skills and maintain a competitive edge in the market. A Sales Executive should also be open to feedback and actively seek opportunities for professional growth.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field.

Pay: Up to ₹38,000.00 per month
