**Job Title**: International IT Sales Executive

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target new business opportunities in international markets for IT services/products
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, understanding their IT needs and offering solutions
- Present and promote IT solutions (SaaS, cloud services, software development, etc.) to potential clients
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation, to deal closure
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product development and marketing to ensure seamless service delivery
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our offerings
- Attend international conferences, networking events, and business meetings to represent the company and expand business networks
- Maintain sales pipeline and report on key metrics using CRM tools

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 0-5 years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on international markets
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions (SaaS, cloud, software development, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel internationally as required

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of international IT markets (USA, Europe, APAC, etc.)
- Experience in managing global client accounts and working with diverse teams
- Familiarity with IT sales methodologies and consultative selling approaches

- Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
