**Job Description: Sales and Marketing Intern**

**Location**: Kothrud, Pune

**Duration**: 3 months internship in that only the first month will be unpaid.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales and marketing team in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities to generate leads and drive sales.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Assist in managing social media channels, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers to increase brand awareness.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and support cross-functional collaboration.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team, including organizing meetings, maintaining databases, and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to support business growth and expansion.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales and marketing with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated with a willingness to take on new challenges and initiatives.
- Prior internship experience in sales, marketing, or related field (preferred, but not required).
- Availability to commit to the internship duration and work schedule as specified.
