**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with partner universities and international institutions for admissions, updates, and compliance
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, communication, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth student onboarding and post-admission support
- Assist in organizing seminars, counseling sessions, and webinars related to studying abroad
- Provide administrative support to the Overseas Education team and resolve student queries
- Stay updated with international education policies, visa requirements, and university regulations

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in overseas education administration or a related domain
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and general administrative tools
- Knowledge of international admission procedures and visa processing is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
