Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support senior leadership in

a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The EA will manage administrative tasks, coordinate meetings,

capable of handling multiple priorities, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Effectively manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, and

appointments.
- Organize domestic and international travel plans, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.

- Prepare, edit, and review reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and presentations.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action

items.
- Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system, ensuring confidential materials are

securely stored.
- Assist in managing various projects, including tracking timelines, coordinating with team members, and

providing status updates.
- Liaise with key stakeholders and clients on behalf of the executive, ensuring smooth communication

and relationship management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, supporting senior

leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in coordinating travel arrangements and managing complex schedules.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
- Prior experience in managing administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
