**Job Role & Career Growth Path**

We are hiring **15 Business Managers**. New joiners start as **Business Associates** and go through our **Global Training Module (GTM)** — a structured program to train and develop you in **Marketing, HR, Finance, and Operations** over **6-18 months**, with exciting promotions along the way:

1️ **Business Associate** → Sales & Marketing (Practical + Theoretical)
2️ **Corporate Trainer** → Human Resource Development (Recruitment, Training & Development)
3️ **Team Leader** → Team Management, Performance Monitoring, Growth Strategies
4️ **Assistant Branch Head** → Finance, Administration & Small Team Operations
5️ **Business Head** → Full Business Unit Operations & Leadership

**Key Responsibilities**
- Represent and promote top **blue-chip clients**.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage and lead a team of **15-20 young professionals**.
- Take part in recruitment, training, and development activities.
- Learn and handle business finances and operations.
- Actively participate in field and client-related activities.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Education**: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
- **Experience**: Freshers welcome (0-2 years)
- **Age**: 20-25 years
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Creative, hardworking, and eager to learn
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
