Job Role & Career Growth Path

We are hiring 15 Business Managers. New joiners start as Business Associates and go through our Global Training Module (GTM) — a structured program to train and develop you in Marketing, HR, Finance, and Operations over 6–18 months, with exciting promotions along the way:

Career Progression Path:
1 Business Associate → Sales & Marketing (Practical + Theoretical)
2 Corporate Trainer → Human Resource Development (Recruitment, Training & Development)
3 Team Leader → Team Management, Performance Monitoring, Growth Strategies
4 Assistant Branch Head → Finance, Administration & Small Team Operations
5 Business Head → Full Business Unit Operations & Leadership

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent and promote top blue-chip clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Manage and lead a team of 15–20 young professionals.
  • Take part in recruitment, training, and development activities.
  • Learn and handle business finances and operations.
  • Actively participate in field and client-related activities.

  • Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
  • Experience: Freshers welcome (0–2 years)
  • Age: 20–25 years
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
