**Job Summary**:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company policies and industry standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in operating and maintaining mechanical machinery used in the production process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Management**:

- Supervise daily production activities to meet production schedules and goals.
- Ensure the optimal use of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor and maintain production efficiency and minimize downtime.
- **Mechanical Machinery Operation and Maintenance**:

- Oversee the operation of mechanical machinery and ensure they function efficiently.
- Perform routine checks, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on production equipment.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Train team members on the safe and effective use of machinery.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and ISO/medical device regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections to verify adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identify and address quality issues promptly in collaboration with the Quality Assurance team.
- **Team Supervision**:

- Lead and motivate a team of production operators and technicians.
- Provide training and support to ensure team competency and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and legal requirements, including FDA and GMP guidelines.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and address production challenges.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate production records, including daily reports, incident logs, and inventory updates.
- Provide regular updates to the Production Manager regarding production performance and challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role, preferably in the medical device or related industry.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining mechanical machinery is required.
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA regulations is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using production management tools and software.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,954.45 - ₹61,302.04 per month
