**Product Strategy and Roadmap**:

- Define and develop product vision, strategy, and roadmap for govt tenders.
- Conduct research in different govt department and identify trends and business opportunities.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features.

**Product Development**:

- Lead the product development after understand the govt requirement / spec.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.

**GEMS eTendering Expertise**:

- Leverage deep knowledge of GEMS eTendering to enhance product offerings.
- To ensure that new products comply with eTendering standards and regulations.
- To influence / coordinate / present different govt departments for new product specification

**Customer Focus**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering products that meet their expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

**Performance and Metrics**:

- Monitor product performance and analyze key metrics to inform decisions.
- Implement data-driven strategies to improve product adoption and user engagement.
- Report on product performance to senior management.

**Qualification**:

- Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical, MBA in Sales & Marketing

**Experience**: 8+ years

**Location**:Delhi

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Schedule:
