**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule deliveries, ensuring timely dispatch and optimal route planning.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor shipments and proactively resolve any delays or issues during transit.
- Track and update dispatch records in the company’s system.
- Maintain inventory and shipment logs, ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurate and complete.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Provide customer service support by addressing delivery inquiries and complaints.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatch coordination.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with dispatch software and tracking systems.
- Knowledge of Canadian transportation regulations is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in logistics or related field is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
