Key Responsibilities:

- **Documentation**:Preparing and managing all necessary documents for import and export, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other relevant paperwork.
- **Customs Clearance**:Coordinating with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely clearance of shipments.
- **Freight Forwarding**:Arranging and managing the logistics of transporting goods internationally, including selecting appropriate shipping methods, negotiating freight rates, and tracking shipments.
- **Compliance**:Ensuring compliance with all applicable import and export regulations, including customs laws, trade restrictions, and sanctions.
- **Stakeholder Management**:Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- **Cost Optimization**:Identifying and implementing measures to optimize the cost of international trade operations, including negotiating better freight rates, streamlining processes, and reducing paperwork.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintaining accurate records of all import and export transactions, including documentation, customs clearances, and freight forwarding arrangements.
- **Reporting**:Providing regular updates and reports on EXIM activities to management, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead times, costs, and compliance rates.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
