6) Job Description:
As an Import Export Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the import and export operations of the company. This includes managing shipments, coordinating with customs authorities, and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. You will work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of import and export activities, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to optimize processes.
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- **Making pre & post invoice & packing list
- **Prepare BRC documents for bank and do all necessary communication with bank related import and export BRCs
- **Preparing all bank related documents for all import and export payments
- **Maintain export and import register with their shipping details
- **Maintain drawback list along with road tap and other export license
- **Prepare certificate of origin and other all certification or paper work require for import and export shipments
- **Preparing B/L for import and export
- **Preparing Insurance Certificate and maintain all export import related policies and its claim process with documentation
- **Rebate Claim Filing.
- **Other miscellaneous work as and when arises
