**Responsibilities**:
Customs Clearance: Facilitate the clearance of imported and exported goods through customs, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to import/export activities, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.

Shipping Coordination: Coordinate and monitor the shipment of goods, including booking cargo space, arranging transportation, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with changes in import/export regulations and trade agreements, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.

Tariff Classification: Classify imported and exported goods according to tariff schedules and maintain proper records for tariff-related purposes.

Supplier and Customer Communication: Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and customers to resolve any issues related to shipments, documentation, or customs clearance.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in import/export operations and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.

Cost Optimization: Optimize transportation routes, shipping methods, and customs procedures to minimize costs while maintaining service levels.

Quality Control: Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that imported goods meet regulatory standards and customer specifications.

Performance Reporting: Generate reports on import/export activities, including shipment volumes, lead times, and compliance metrics, to support decision-making and process improvements.

Qualifications:
Any Graduate

**Experience**:
1+ Year
