**Sales Coordinator’s **role in a company entails supporting the sales team in attaining the monthly as well as annual targets and operates with management and clients to resolve business requirements. A **Sales Coordinator** is instrumental in assuring focused and productive communication with the new and existing clients, external distributors, representatives and agents. A Sales Coordinator resolves all complex inquires from the clients and ensures customer satisfaction. A **Sales Coordinator** is responsible for different kinds of administrative functions crucial for everyday operation of the system and fulfillment of the company offers.
**Facilitating the Equipment Order processing**:
Account opening for new accounts
Checking the documents and co-ordinating with the sales team
Co-ordinating with the other support functions for the billing
Quotation Preparation
MOU Preparation
Capex Form creation
Customer Price Set up Form
**Performa Invoice Preparation**:
Facilitating the preparation of documentation required for the customers for orders or tenders.
Single point of contact for any kind of data required by the sales team.
Preparing various reports on a regular/ requirement basis.
Working on the Budget Format and any other MIS that is required by the management on requirement basis or has to be uploaded in SAP.
Follow up with the distributors to get all the reports in time.
Maintaining the deals documents.

Graduation in any commerce
Bachelor’s Degree
**Experience Details**
**Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience**:
2-4 years in MIS, Database Management and Documentation of the organization. Proficient in computer. Strong base in Ms Office.
