**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop **injection molds**, **slider molds**, and **blow molds** using **NX Pro 24**.
- Create complex **surfacing** designs that meet industry standards and customer requirements.
- Generate detailed tool designs, including inserts, cooling channels, ejector pins, and mold components.
- Work with **CAM** tools to generate toolpaths and CNC programming for machining the mold components.
- Collaborate with **die fitters** to ensure mold assembly and functionality.
- Coordinate with **VMC programmers** to ensure accurate translation of designs into machine-ready files.
- Ensure molds are designed for manufacturability, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Perform design validation and testing to ensure molds meet production specifications.
- Provide technical support during mold fabrication and assembly.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **NX Pro 24** and other CAD/CAM software tools.
- Extensive experience in **mold design** (injection molds, blow molds, slider molds).
- Strong understanding of **surfacing** techniques in NX.
- Knowledge of **CAM** for mold manufacturing and toolpath generation.
- Experience working with **VMC programmers** and **die fitters**.
- In-depth knowledge of **tool design** for injection, slider, and blow molds.
- Ability to generate CNC programs and optimize machining processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification or training in **NX** or similar CAD software.
- Experience with mold testing and validation processes.
- Familiarity with **CNC machines** and mold manufacturing techniques.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

- Uttam Nagar, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
