**SEAS** (Seamless Education and Services Pvt. Ltd.) headquartered in Pune, India having two divisions is looking for a dynamic individual to head branding and marketing. The role would be responsible for both the divisions:
Our company is searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will work directly with C-level executives and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties.
**Job Title**:Executive Assistant**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including planning and organizing meetings, appointments, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a gatekeeper for the executive, screening calls, visitors, and correspondence.
- Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and take minutes as needed.
- Handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- **Travel and Logistics Management**:
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare travel-related documentation, including visas, expense reports, and reimbursement claims.
- **Project Management and Research**:
- Assist in the management of key projects, tracking progress, setting deadlines, and ensuring successful completion.
- Conduct research and compile data for reports, presentations, and strategic decision-making.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and support project goals.
- **Communication and Relationship Management**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within the organization and with external partners, clients, and vendors.
- Build strong professional relationships with team members, clients, and other key stakeholders.
- **Document Preparation and Management**:
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents, ensuring documents are easily accessible when needed.
- **Event and Meeting Coordination**:
- Plan and organize company events, meetings, team activities, and other gatherings as needed.
- Ensure all logistics, from venue selection to catering and A/V setup, are efficiently handled.
- **Other Duties as Assigned**:
- Take on additional responsibilities as required, supporting the executive in various aspects of business operations and personal matters as appropriate.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
