**The key responsibilities areas are**:

- Sales Development:

- Identify potential customers and appoint them for the distribution of Inventive Seeds.
- Keep himself updated with the trends, competitors, and business opportunities for the growth of the company and submit the fortnightly report.
- Execute sales strategies in order to achieve the monthly sales targets and overall annual plan to maximize the revenue of the company.
- Build and maintain a robust market pipeline through lead generation and promotional activities.
- Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and value prepositions to the potential customers and farmers
- Negotiate hard and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
- Create distribution channel and verification of Distributors
- Customer Relationship Management:

- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key customers, farmers and influencers in the Seeds business.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries, concerns, and feedback.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with the customers and farmers to ensure their satisfaction and identify their requirement.
- Monitor the market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities proactively to meet market demands.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as trade marketing, accounts and logistics, to deliver exceptional customer service level.
- Carry out daily visits, to farmers and conduct weekly/fortnight meetings with the farmers
- Represent the company at public inquiries, public meetings, external organizations, and co-ordinate with agriculture officers
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, customer profiles, and field activity reports.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, forecast sales volumes, and assess the effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitor activities to management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
