- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their needs and preferences.
- Schedule appointments for real estate agents to meet with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships.
- Provide information about available properties, promotions, and upcoming events.
- Document all interactions and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
